Pricing and Payment Options
For international customers, two payment options are available:
Bank Transfer: USD 5,000 / set
Purchase on this page or Credit Card: USD 5,400 / set (including platform and transaction fees)
For customers in China, please contact our sales team for direct bank transfer purchase — CNY 38,800 / set, including 13% VAT invoice.
Note: The prices above are for one standard unit, which includes two robotic arms (either one pair of follower arms or one pair of leader arms) — each equipped with a gripper (end effector).
The leader and follower sets are priced equally.
Shipping cost is not included in the above prices.

Warranty Policy
OpenArm products, including robotic arms, motors, control boards, grippers, and accessories, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of shipment.
Motor Policy:
Motors are covered by the same 1-year warranty.
Damage from overload, short circuit, collision, corrosion, or improper wiring is not covered.
Customers are advised to operate within the rated voltage and torque range.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable parts (e.g., gears, cables), or damage from unauthorized modification, misuse, or accidents.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for round-trip international shipping and customs duties when sending products for warranty service.
WowRobo covers repair or replacement costs for valid claims.
After the warranty period, WowRobo provides paid maintenance and spare parts service at reasonable cost.
