OpenArm KER hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the shipment date for confirmed hardware defects under normal use.
Pre-Shipment Quality Check
Each OpenArm KER system is assembled, inspected, and checked before shipment to reduce setup uncertainty and improve delivery reliability.
Remote Technical Support
If an issue occurs, WowRobo will first assist with remote diagnosis, part identification, and basic troubleshooting before arranging further service.
Repair or Replacement Support
For valid warranty cases, WowRobo will provide repair guidance, replacement parts, or repair service after the issue has been confirmed.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, overload, collision, unauthorized modification, improper operation, normal wear, or other human-caused issues.
