OpenArm 2 follows the official Enactic motor configuration and uses DAMIAO 43 series and DAMIAO 8009P motors. Motor models are selected according to joint load, rigidity, compactness, and control performance.

What is included with one OpenArm 2 system?
One OpenArm 2 system includes one complete bimanual robot arm set, protective flight case, accessory kit, and package accessories listed above.

OpenArm 2 is available in two camera configurations. The With Top Stereo Camera configuration additionally includes the ZED-121210 top stereo camera and related top camera mounting components. The Without Top Stereo Camera configuration does not include the top stereo camera package.
What is the difference between the two camera configurations?
The With Top Stereo Camera configuration includes the ZED-121210 top stereo camera, top camera mounting structure, cable routing, assembly, and basic hardware installation.

The Without Top Stereo Camera configuration is for customers who already have their own vision setup or prefer to configure cameras independently. It does not include the top stereo camera or related top camera mounting components.
Is the ZED-121210 top stereo camera included?
The ZED-121210 top stereo camera is included only in the With Top Stereo Camera configuration. It is not included in the Without Top Stereo Camera configuration.
Is the end-effector RGB camera the same as the top stereo camera?
No. The end-effector RGB camera is part of the gripper system for close-range perception and interaction. The ZED-121210 top stereo camera is a separate top-mounted stereo camera package.
What is the typical lead time?
As OpenArm 2 is a newly released product, the typical lead time is currently 20–30 days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to regions that can be served by DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost, customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees may vary by destination and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may also use their own DHL, UPS, or FedEx account for shipment, or arrange their own freight forwarder to pick up the goods from our facility.

How can I estimate import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes vary by destination country and local customs policy. For a more accurate estimate, we recommend contacting your local UPS office or customs broker before ordering.

For shipping declarations, we usually declare the product as “Educational Robotic Kit” with HS Code 9023009000. We typically ship by UPS unless another shipping method is agreed in advance.

What is the difference between DAP and DDP shipping?
DAP shipping includes delivery to the destination address, but does not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local import charges. These fees are usually paid by the buyer directly to UPS, customs, or the local broker.

DDP shipping is arranged through a freight forwarder and usually includes duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery, depending on the destination country and available logistics route.
How can I order by bank transfer?

What is the warranty policy?
OpenArm 2 hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the shipment date. The warranty covers valid hardware defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, overload, collision, short circuit, improper wiring, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or consumable parts is not covered.
Who pays for shipping during warranty service?
For warranty service, customers are responsible for round-trip international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. WowRobo covers repair or replacement costs for valid warranty claims.
Are CE and UKCA documents available?
Yes. CE and UKCA documents can be provided upon request for procurement, import, or reseller review.
Is OpenArm 2 open-source?
Yes. OpenArm is an open-source project by Enactic. WowRobo provides manufactured hardware, packaging, and procurement support for customers who need a ready-to-use hardware product.
